Paul Madeline is a Parisian painter who discovered the Creuse in the Limousin late 19th century. He painted this region several months per year especially in autumn.
The work is in perfect condition, in fact, it was protected in its former framework which had a glass. This framework had a small metal plate, "P.Madeline" carved. The current frame is made aus a readjusted former framework.
The work is an oil on carboard.
