This is an original Junghans Swinger clock made in Germany around 1910.
The dial is signed 'Junghans Germany'. The porcelain dial has no cracks or
fine lines. The oscillating arm is made of brass with a beautiful patina.
The clock works properly.
The sculpture of a boy playing with a paddle is restored. It is made of spelter and has lovely patina.
The statue measures 36.5 cm in height; the oscillating arm measures 25 cm
and is 44 cm when mounted on the clock.
In 1909, Junghans and Haller patented the oscillating table clock together. At first, they were known as
'Mystery Swinging' clocks.
The clock is original and NOT A COPY.
The photographs are part of the description.
The figure will be disassembled from the clock for shipment. Some knowledge of how to mount and level it is needed. Please refrain from bidding if you are not familiar with this kind of clock.
This lot will be well packaged and sent via registered mail, or it can also be picked up in Madrid (Spain).
