Letter signed by the Minister Resident (or diplomatic agent) Louis Bellocq sent to the Marquis Boccella, with which it is requested that the same Marquis confirm the identity of the military M. Velani, as he applied for the legion of honour, but according to the archives he seems to be lost, dead or imprisoned in the countryside of Russia.
This document was drafted in Florence on 31 July 1838.
Condition: letter in good condition, with a few flaws that do not compromise the consultation of the letter and the integrity of the signature.
