The necklace is made of genuine white cultured salt water pearls, namely Japanese Akoya pearls. They have a very beautiful rose-coloured lustre and wonderful shine with very few natural growth characteristics. This distinguishes genuine pearls and makes them unique.
They are individually knotted and strung on pearl silk. Large decorative gold clasp made of 585 = 14 kt white gold, hallmarked accordingly. The clasp is set with a large genuine Akoya pearl measuring 8.2 mm in diameter as well as 4 round faceted, genuine and untreated natural sapphires measuring 3.3 mm in diameter each, coming to 0.76 ct in total
