English and french edition were published at the same time with same content and in same size, but only the american one has the booklet and the dustjacket.

Hardback from outside in lightly used, but very fresh condition (protected by the dustjacket). Inside used, but clean with no foxing and no marks. Booklet excellent, flawless. Dustjacket used; with several (taped) tears and little missing parts, but still very attractive (extrem rare in any condition). Overall fine condition.
Extrem impressive big-format photobook in breath-taking photogravure printing.

Still one of the classics.
