Fiorenzo Barindelli was born in Cesano Maderno, in Brianza, on 29 February 1952. Architect, artist and renowned “Guinness” collector of Swatch watches, he painted his first oil paintings in the 1970s, stimulated by his friendship with the painter Roberto Villa.
In 2005 he opened “Open Art Studio”, a creative workshop where he devoted himself to the research and execution of his works. He continues the path of the “Optical Art” undertaken by masters like Vasarely, where playful geometries sublimated by the ecstasy of the colour follow precise structures and fill the paintings that seem to have their own light.
“Luminescenze” is certainly a kaleidoscopic view if we follow a process of assonance, but in fact it is a moment of reflection, introspection, simple sensations, which materialise in aesthetic shapes that have only the reproductive sign of phenomenological lines of reality.
