Elegant Roman terracotta statuette of a young shepherd. He is shown wearing a short tunic falling above the knee. He is carrying a waist bag. Her long curly hair falls on his shoulders.
He is shown from the front, his head slightly tilted and his chest leaning back, resting on his donkey. The donkey stands upright, on the side, head turned to the left.
This set depicts a natural scene of everyday life.
The sculpture is modelled in relief. The lines are fine, the details are precise. The young shepherd's face is expressive.
