Florenza Jewelry company was in business from 1948 until it closed in 1981 and is known for making unique pieces.
Florenza is the trademarked name for jewely made by the Dan Kasoff Manufacturing Company. According to Marcia ''Sparkles'' Brown's book Signed Beauties of Costume Jewelry, the company also made jewelry for Weiss, Coro, Kramer, Hattie Carnegie, Revlon and Capri. Only Kasoff original designs bore the name Florenza and these were sold to Bloomingdale's, Saks Fifth Avenue and Lord and Taylor.
