As Mr. Raspail, Mr. Blanqui and Mr. Gervais filed a cassation against the judgment against them, the court dismissed their appeal and also fined them 150 francs to the public treasury.
Publication of “La Société des Amis du Peuple”: The most active and important of the many associations born of the July Revolution. It had in its ranks illustrious representatives and most of the Republican luminaries of the time. It exerted a great influence on thought and had to face numerous political trials.
