Elegant wooden box entirely covered with leather with embossed decoration. The lid is decorated with six alcoves in which there are angels, each one busy with a task. One plays the flute, another holds a ball, a third one places a lamp on a pillar.
The copris is decorated with a frieze of foliage and arabesques.
The feet are in bronze, in the shape of lion's paws. The inside and bottom of the box are lined with green fabric.
