Outstanding bowl, designed by Josef Hospodka in the 60's for Chřibská glass works.
Unsigned.
Sommerso technique, the top of the bowl shows an incredible blue with a gradient to turqouise in the lower part. Folded rim. Stunning optical effects - especially with a subtle illumination. Quite massive and heavy!
In my opinion this bowl is on the same level as some Archimede Seguso objects. Colours, shape and technique are simply perfect.
Excellent vintage condition - some light signs of wear at the base.
