2 antique silver chains from different periods.
* Neoclassical style, about 1850.
* Art nouveau style, about 1920.
Used during the Spanish Holy Week to accompany the ‘pasos’ (wood carvings carried on the people’s shoulders) by the ‘manolas’ (women called Christ's servants who are devoted to helping him). They are dressed in black, come after the figure, and carry in their hands a rosary or a silver chain with a crucifix and a bible or a lamp.
