The object is made of gold plated metal and is signed
"M/M Italy"
under the tail (see photos)

Please note:
There is a line crack visible on the right hand side of the bottom part of the duck (see photo 2).
It must had a fall sometimes in its life (see photo), thus the reserve price is lower than expected on an item of this sort; it does not alter neither the solidity nor the look of the ice bucket, which is still a very gorgeous piece of great Italian design.
The silver gilding is in an excellent vintage condition, only very few small losses are to be noted
