Origin: Italy, late 20th century.
Placed on a marble base.
In the 50s / 60s, following the discovery of some statues and frescoes depicting the ‘dancing satyr’, or ‘drunken satyr’ between the ruins of Pompeii and Herculaneum, some casts were made and used by various artists and foundries to create this artwork.
